What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback with timely resolutions
- Create and maintain customer accounts and profiles with accurate information
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating as necessary
- Educate and guide customers on products and services, promoting upselling and cross-selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Familiarity with company policies and product knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Experience in a remote work environment
