What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Acquisitions Manager(s) by taking incoming calls/leads and qualifying them
- Manage the CRM by inputting live leads and attaching each lead to a marketing campaign and sales rep
- Schedule all physical and phone appointments for sales staff
- Communicate appointment details with Acquisition Managers and manage task flow
- Return calls in a fast, pleasant, and upbeat manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members
- Experience with sales support or lead qualification processes
