What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Proactively assist clients with account matters such as orders, errors, billing, cancellations, and other queries
- Perform account updates and data entry
- Adhere to performance metrics to ensure high-quality service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts from Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in customer service or a related field
