What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide concierge-style customer service to the CrossFit community through inquiry emails
- Resolve or escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Act as a liaison between the CrossFit Games and participants or the public
- Provide backend support for virtual and in-person CrossFit Games competitions
- Update macros and write FAQ articles to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and complaints
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the CrossFit community and its events is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer support role within the fitness industry
- Knowledge of CrossFit terminology and practices
- Experience with writing FAQs or customer support documentation
- Familiarity with virtual event support and logistics
