What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review applications and insurance and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Order pre-employment background checks for driver applicants using company software
- Assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new drivers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing documents and applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
- Familiarity with background check processes and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in customer service or communication roles
