What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review applications and insurance and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants
- Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email regarding their application status
- Order pre-employment background checks for driver applicants using company software
- Maintain organized records and documentation of applicant information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in application reviews
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer software, particularly for ordering background checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in administrative roles or data entry
- Familiarity with vehicle safety inspections and related documentation
- Experience using communication tools such as chat and email for professional correspondence
