The Manheim Central School District is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Custodian to join our team. As a custodian, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our learners, staff, and community members at our High School. Responsibilities: Performing regular facility care duties: You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the school building. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. Ensuring a safe environment: You will contribute to the safety of our learners, staff, and community members by promptly addressing any potential hazards or concerns, such as spills, debris, or equipment malfunctions. Upholding sanitary standards: Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a hygienic environment. You will be responsible for disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and following proper sanitation protocols. Position Details Full-Time, 12-Month Position Shift Hours: The regular shift hours for this position are from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a half-hour unpaid break.
