      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer and direct departmental emails and phone calls efficiently
      - Process paperwork for employee transfers, job classification changes, salary increases, and other employment matters
      - Assist with the preparation of human resource reports, including time and attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
      - Manage permissions, access, personalization, and system settings for HRIS users
      - Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience in HR administrative tasks or related fields
      - Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
      - Must be able to work independently in a remote setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an HR administrative role
      - Familiarity with HR reporting and data analysis
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments
