      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls from members and clients regarding a variety of requests
      - Navigate multiple databases simultaneously for member research and resolution
      - Answer questions about client and product design as well as the employer's involvement with members' overall wellbeing
      - Assist members with any technical issues related to the website or products and escalate issues as necessary
      - Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using employer databases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Exceptional phone and listening skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in navigating databases and technical systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
      - Familiarity with health technology products or services
      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
