      Job Description:

      Responsible for acting as the primary Project Manager to medium/high revenue Corporate Clients implementing complex Corporate Card solutions. Overview of the role includes leading, directing, and coordinating Client Implementations through a disciplined project management approach to drive time to revenue and create a world class client experience. Given these solutions are customized to fit the clients’ needs, the Project Manager will consult with the client on how they would like to use the solutions and work with our Product partners to ensure we have implemented the right solution for our client.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide a consultative approach to client through implementation.
      • Facilitate internal and external (client) calls to work through implementation requests utilizing project management and technical skills.
      • Troubleshoot, research, and respond to internal client team requests.
      • Engage key stakeholders throughout the life of the implementation.
      • Associates conduct Client facing WebEx calls and are in frequent and direct communication with Clients and internal partners.
      • Associates develop working relationships with Clients and will be a primary point of contact for Clients on all Implementation/Fulfillment questions and issues.
      • Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office / 2 remote

      Required Skills & Abilities:

      • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
      • 2-5 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry, Commercial Card experience preferred but not required.
      • Ability to effectively communicate directly with clients and key business partners.
      • Presentable, confident, and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident, professional manner.
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to present to an audience.
      • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
      • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
      • Candidate can showcase problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
      • Candidate has great interpersonal skills: Positive Attitude. Team Player. Flexible.
      • Candidate has a willingness to learn, adapt, and lead changes as needed.
      • PC, Windows, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel Knowledge required.
