Job Description
- Req#: 3703
- Verifying Cruise information, cross referencing with passenger bookings and printing the proper documents
- Assemble pre-departure cruise packages for booked customers
- Running reports, manipulating spreadsheets and inventory management utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Working closely with Marketing to ensure enough material is on hand
- Quality control of inventory when new shipments arrive
- 70% administrative and 30% warehouse duties
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional time-management
- Superior attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
- Autonomy and the ability to work in a small team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
