- Receive, verify, and process customer orders using E-Commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment including packing lists and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Address customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, returns and other related issues.
- Handle returned items, process refunds, and maintain accurate records.
- Notify the E-Commerce Manager regarding product issues reflected on the website.
- Hire, train, and schedule student workers to meet coverage needs while remaining within budget.
- Support the Campus Store with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Identify and resolve issues in fulfillment process, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of NetSuite or other inventory management systems.
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of shipping systems.
- Ability to work occasional nights/weekends.
- Ability to lift/transport boxes up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
