- Oversee the fulfillment of PR Packages for awards and special reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep client information and project progress organized to consistently meet deadlines.
- Review and approve client materials before release to maintain accuracy and quality.
- At least 3 years of experience managing client relationships and project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, online promotion, and campaign execution.
- Availability to work the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM PH time).

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Campaign Coordinator (Fulfillment Coordinator) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and can seamlessly coordinate projects across multiple teams.
This is a full-time, remote, and night shift position (9 PM to 6 AM PH time).
