What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Open and fund new accounts for customers via phone and internet channels
- Provide excellent customer service and answers to client questions
- Advise, guide, and educate customers on the full range of bank products and services
- Achieve or exceed performance targets monthly
- Utilize inbound/outbound telephone techniques to build client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in customer service/sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a contact center environment
- Experience in banking and/or finance
