Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiates transactions for Employer's products and services through direct calls and referrals
- Opens and funds new accounts for customers via phone and internet channels
- Provides excellent customer service, answering client questions and providing guidance on bank products and services
- Achieves or exceeds performance targets for quality assurance and efficiency
- Utilizes telephone techniques to build and strengthen client relationships

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience in customer service/sales

Preferences:
- Experience in a contact center environment
- Experience in banking and/or finance

Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
