What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Open and fund new accounts for customers through phone and internet channels
- Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions
- Advise and educate customers on bank products and services
- Achieve or exceed performance targets for quality assurance and efficiency
- Utilize telephone techniques to build client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience in customer service/sales
- Technical specifications for remote work (minimum download and upload speeds)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a contact center environment
- Experience in banking and/or finance
