      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      • Handles and coordinates the unloading of inbound deliveries. Inspects all inbound merchandise for visible damage and non-visible damage
      • Process receivers daily by printing purchase orders, identifying and verifying contents with price tags and sort the distribution to the various stores as well as put away in stock bins
      • Pick, pack and stage all stock replenishment for stores
      • Specifies re-pack material and method to insure safe travel of merchandise
      • Receives purchase orders on warehouse management system
      • Assists Shop departments on picking and packing orders
      • Includes all aspects of management of order fulfillment for incoming web orders. Log all daily web orders and pick, pack and ship orders on a timely basis
      • Handle all customer service issues and complete returns processing on a timely basis insuring proper credits or replacement merchandise is issued
      • Maintain proper levels of supplies necessary for fulfillment processing
      • Complete orders to sales through the Malibu P.O.S system and Order Motion
      • Maintain inventory and other stock records
      • Performs other duties as required including but not limited to the loading dock and mailroom functions. Maintain and control the flow of goods and services at the loading dock for e.g sorting inbound and outbound UPS and Fedex packages and all mailroom duties as directed by the Logistics Manager

      LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

      May be required to train a seasonal staff.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
      • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

      SALARY RANGE:

      Full-time Salary, 40 hours per week. Reports to the Logistics Manager.

      Salary: $40,000 - $43,000, commensurate with experience.
