Job Description
- Req#: 25-258289
- Sorting of inbound US Government Client and inter-office mail and packages for a publicly held company.
- Hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
- Interacting with internal "customers" and department representatives for mailing and shipping requests.
- Occasional cash handling for personal customer mailings/shipments.
- Distribution of mail/packages to various locations on the corporate campus using a mail cart.
- Operating a postage meter to apply postage to outbound mail.
- Utilize FedEx Ship Manager software for shipping requests.
- Staging of inter-office mail and packages for courier pick up to other company locations.
- Windows-based computer use for verifying mail recipients in corporate directory.
- Computer use for email (Outlook) correspondence and some required training courses.
- Considerable time spent walking & standing.

Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 PM Mon-Fri
Pay: $20.00/Hour on w2
Job Description:
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a quick learner and energetic. There will be considerable time spent walking & standing. Use of mail cart, postage meter, computer and a small scale for weighing packages. customer performs a final verification of the Standard Background Package before issuing a security badge and access card, but no additional screenings are required by Agile1 in addition to Standard Package. There is free parking. Mailroom and/or copy center experience preferred. Job duties require physical agility and stamina. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Strong reading and clerical skills are essential. Able to readily learn complex processes. Proficient with Windows-based PC use and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent attendance. Able to occasionally lift up to 50lb boxes (with assistance available for heavier boxes).

Dress Code: Business casual: Jeans without holes allowed. No graphic tee-shirts or clothing with opinionated messaging.
Interview Type: In-person.
