The successful candidate will Support Mail Services and is responsible for providing reproduction services of printed and/or electronic documentation, and other related services. Provides expertise-consulting services in support of business unit objectives.

      Normal Minimum Requirements :
      Must have a valid, up-to-date, Arizona Driver’s license and be able to maintain

      *PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position, a resume must be submitted, enumerating qualifications and skills. There will be a three-step testing procedure required for this position. The first step is a computer based Word exam followed by a Technical Skill test and a lifting assessment. Upon successfully passing exams, a behavioral based interview will be scheduled.
      Behavioral Based Interview

      The interview is a behavioral based interview incorporating our Core Competencies. In this process we believe that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior and more recent behavior is a better predictor of future behavior than older behavior, and that long-standing trends are better predictors of behavior than isolated incidents. We therefore have patterned the questions during the interview to solicit behavior patterns that indicate with high predictability whether the candidate can perform the job as required. This type of interview is different than those that you may have taken in the past.

      Position-Related Responsibilities:
      Responsible for compiling, mass production and distribution of material including but not limited to: financial reports, training and instruction manuals, board reports, presentations, forms, marketing material, etc.
      Understands production operations processing documentation.
      Prepares accurate and detailed problem information on equipment, software and operational problems.
      Demonstrates competency in the operation of copiers and related equipment such as: binders, cutters, folders, saddle stitchers, labelers, and staplers.
      Review and set priorities on job requests. Monitor quality of all jobs performed.
      Perform adjustments, minor maintenance and clean-up of equipment in area of responsibility.
      Administer and maintain electronic versions and inventory control of all corporate standard forms. Print replenishments as needed or on demand.
      Utilize the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to store, track and maintain information associated with financial and operational reports, including UniSource, TEP, UNS-Electric and UNS-Gas.
      Assign appropriate properties to metadata and securities within EDMS. Ensure versioning captures record lifecycle (i.e. development, review, and approval of forms & documents).
      Utilize proprietary software/applications to create complex jobs to effectively maximize utilization of digital equipment.
      Order and maintain inventory of supplies and specialized goods for assigned area.
      Compile data and create and maintain spreadsheets, and prepare, create, print and edit statistical, operational, and other specialized reports.
      Delegate work, as needed, to other employees and train them on how to perform the work.
      Recommend changes in processes to increase effective use of automation and ensure quality results.
      Research and resolve routine inquiries from customers, vendors, agencies and staff about area processes, functions, and status of work requests.
      Coordinate projects and requirements with other departments and outside agencies to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Serves as liaison between Reproductions and other departments.
      Evaluates the best and most cost-effective solutions and methods to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
      Troubleshoots problems and recommends changes in processes to increase effective use of automation and ensure quality output.
      Perform assigned work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Company practices and procedures.
      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      Business English, punctuation, grammar and spelling
      Knowledge of Computer Processing Concepts
      Knowledge of Graphic software (such as: Adobe Acrobat Professional, Impose/Compose, Fiery/EFI, MS Publisher)
      Must possess the skill of multitasking

      Coordinating resources and advising customers
      Operating reproduction and related equipment (copiers, bindery, folders, saddle stitching, cutting, labeling, and stapling)

      Monitoring quality of work performed
