      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage contract invoicing processes, including preparation, submission, and reconciliation through various platforms
      - Prepare and post journal entries for accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition
      - Perform monthly close functions and reconciliations of general ledger accounts
      - Maintain and update electronic contract files, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Serve as a liaison between accounting, HR, operations, and contract management teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience with a strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping
      - Experience in a government contracting environment and knowledge of FAR and SCA requirements
      - Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct, Sage 100, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
      - Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across accounting functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with WAWF, GSA, and customer portals for invoicing
      - Experience in preparing audit support and internal schedules for reviews and audits
      - Knowledge of calculating equitable wage adjustments based on DOL wage determinations
