What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client intake calls to assess client needs and discuss recruitment processes
- Develop and implement recruiting plans to source and screen top talent
- Manage candidate flow and ensure production standards are met or exceeded
- Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate documentation of candidates and clients
- Collaborate with leadership to meet individual activity and production expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting resources
- Strong communication skills for building rapport with clients and candidates
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to recruiting and placement
- Compliance with company and industry standards in all recruiting processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in direct hire recruitment or business development
- Familiarity with CRM and billing processes for invoicing and placement monitoring
- Proven track record of meeting sales and production goals
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing market trends
- Previous experience in a light industrial staffing environment
