What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement behavior analytic interventions
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Knowledge of Arkansas state regulations and laws related to behavioral services
- Experience supervising and training staff
