  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Architect, prototype, and deploy agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered tools for cyber defense
  - Deliver working solutions across the TRL spectrum from concept to prototype for enterprise environments
  - Advance secure AI practices by applying Secure-By-Design and Zero Trust approaches
  - Publish and scale innovations through development of internal playbooks and training
  - Collaborate with researchers to identify synergies across various technology areas
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of relevant technical experience in software engineering, data science, or related fields
  - Basic understanding of secure architectures including Zero Trust and Secure-by-Design patterns
  - Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
  - Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems, especially with LLMs or autonomous decision systems
  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.)
  - Experience with adversarial machine learning, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems in cybersecurity
  - Familiarity with evaluating and fine-tuning open-source models
  - Knowledge of federated learning or edge AI deployments for cyber-physical systems
  - Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
