- Technical Architecture & Development
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using web frameworks, APIs, and databases (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET or C#, Azure SQL Azure Front Door, etc.)
- Develop highly scalable distributed solutions that support user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes
- Work with marketing and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, designers, and back-end developers to build and optimize digital experiences
- Engage in brainstorming and planning sessions to align technology solutions with business and marketing goals.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and execution, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of features
- Performance Optimization & Code Quality
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high standards for code quality and application design
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, code defects, and system issues proactively
- Conduct unit/integration testing to ensure robustness and minimal downtime
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Take the lead on complex projects, from conceptualization to deployment
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the application of best practices and efficient workflows
- Platform Integration & API Management
- Design, develop, and manage API integrations across systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Participate in the development and integration of enterprise-level systems like Sitecore and other backend technologies
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Node.js, etc.)
- Strong experience with enterprise digital experience platforms and other development frameworks
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL/NoSQL and cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Sitecore xM or xP a plus
- Experience building and maintaining APIs
- Experience building and maintaining databases
- Experience with React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized environments
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with Git, version control, and modern development practices

The Full Stack Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital solutions across multiple platforms, including web applications and digital experiences. This role will support Emory Healthcare's marketing and IT teams in creating high-quality, robust digital products that align with business objectives. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with both frontend and backend technologies to ensure seamless integrations, optimize performance, and deliver excellent user experiences across a variety of devices. This position is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in the office.
