Design and development of web application using HTML5, css, react, redux, javascript and spring boot web application framework.
Design, implement and maintain web solutions using the Teamsite web content management system by customizing and coding.
Maintain an existing applications and support CI/CD process.
Participate in determining operational feasibility, system analysis, problem definition, solution design and development in compliance with Application Platform as a Service (aPaaS)
architecture utilizing Bootstrap, Node.js, Redux, ActiveMQ, and Tomcat.
Design and development of Responsive, Progressive web applications and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Web-services (SOAP/REST); deploy various application servers
including Weblogic, JBOSS and tomcat; utilize Test Driven Development (TDD) techniques to build application logic and automate UI testing.
Participate in code review with team that suggests the best practices, so that the product will be stable, and implementation ensures best performance and efficiency.
Mentor other developers in understating the existing application architecture, design and coding practices.
Work closely with other stakeholders and teams including networking, information security, partners, vendors for end-to-end project implementation.
Design Unit Testing framework for each and every module with Citrus, TestNG and JMockito to ensure quality code delivery.
Conduct root cause analysis of any production incidents and provide resolution within the Barclays defined incident SLA.
Resolve and communicate technology issues and risks to Business and technology stakeholders of the project.
May telecommute.
- Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
- Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.
- Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
- Enforcement of technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function. Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes

What will you be doing?
Barclays Services Corp. seeks Full Stack Developer in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):
Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $146,260 per year
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $175,000 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
