      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and potentially Angular or similar frameworks
      - Create backend services and APIs in Python or Node.js, ensuring integration with various data sources
      - Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration to deliver complete features
      - Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using technologies like Azure AD and OAuth
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI workflows into applications and document components for future use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack software development
      - Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Angular or Vue is a plus
      - Experience in backend API development using Python or Node.js
      - Familiarity with Azure and AWS services for application deployment
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience integrating with various data repositories, including databases and message queues
      - Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principles, with experience in version control and automation
      - Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and basic orchestration (Kubernetes or equivalent)
      - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Cypress, or Selenium
      - Awareness of application security practices, including OWASP and penetration testing
