      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, test, and maintain cohesive solutions leveraging technologies such as React, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
      - Actively contribute to team ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative solutions
      - Ensure clean code quality and utilize version control and change management for reliability
      - Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud-first development and containerized solutions
      - Mentor other engineers and provide guidance on best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in software development
      - Proficiency in React, Java, Spring Boot, and advanced software engineering practices
      - Experience with AWS cloud-based development and scalable design principles
      - Integration skills, including working with RESTful APIs and AWS microservices
      - Agile mindset with experience in iterative development environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience working in MuleSoft
      - AWS certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate, etc.
