What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in Estimating, Planning, and Tracking Development Tasks
- Research and assist in determining System Architecture and Design
- Lead Development Resources to Code/Configure and unit test functionality
- Review Code for Quality and Adherence to Standards
- Other functions as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development
- At least 4 years of experience in technologies used at Mercury
- At least 4 years of experience in designing software and preparing detailed Functional Specifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Estimating, Planning, and Tracking Development Tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Researching new technologies, defining best practices, and developing code libraries
- Experience in mentoring and coaching resources
- Experience in writing reviews and staff development
