What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in full-stack application development with Java, Spring / Spring Boot, JavaScript (React preferred), SQL, Rest APIs, and microservices
- Experience in developing unit tests and using version control
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with team members
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion, open to different ideas and opinions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS, MuleSoft, Kafka, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins Kubernetes, Gradle, CI/CD
