We are adding a role within Product Engineering and are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team focused on building features and enhancements to our core product offering. Our software engineering teams provide technical design and delivery for cloud-based software applications and as well as supporting those capabilities. This role will join a team of Product Owners, Engineers, and Quality Assurance to support, configure, and develop new features for our core Product.       The Product Engineering team at NorthWinds builds and supports features and enhancements of various components of our flagship product, Keyspring. Keyspring enables key insurance pay capabilities required to sell, service, and administer dental and ancillary insurance plans. This team builds and delivers complex and high value capabilities to our clients and business users to support their business, using modern technologies and helping to solve real business problems.

      We are seeking a Experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join and play a technical lead role on this team, able to work on manage multiple priorities, collaborate with clients and other departments. Technical skills for this role include significant Java v17/Spring boot, relational database (Postgres and Oracle preferred), and Angular v18 using JavaScript/Typescript. Additionally, this role will need to be able to write clear, maintainable code following language standards, mentor and coach other engineers, perform code reviews, and problem solve across various teams, projects, and complex code bases.
