- Salaried Role £22,500.40 yearly (fixed salary monthly)
- Paid time for travel time between clients
- Paid mileage 35p/mile between visits 45p/mile during visits
- Paid DBS
- Paid Pre-Employment Training
- The opportunity of topping up additional hours out of contracted hours.
- 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata (including bank holidays)
- Paid hours to complete nationally recognised Care Certificate and the opportunity to complete NVQs and other specialist training.

- Full support, extensive shadowing, touch base calls and ongoing check-ins.
- Our calls are a minimum of one-hour, ensuring calls are not rushed and are enjoyable for both you and the client.

- Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Week 2: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Job Description
We are offering the right candidate a salaried role with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Yearly earnings of £22,550.40
With minimum 1 hour calls with regular clients and comprehensive training and support, as a Home Instead Care Assistant you can make a difference every day!
A driving license and your own vehicle are essential to this role.

The candidate must be available to work between 7.15am to 10.00pm.
Qualifications
We are seeking experienced Care Assistants, but consideration will be given to the right candidate without previous experience. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
Full training and support will be provided.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
