- Focus on the daily operations of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Outlets, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and functions.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point regulations are adhered to.
- Assisting and liaising with the Chef on duty as required.
- Demonstrate a variety of culinary techniques and use them in the development of the culinary team.
- Relevant Culinary Trade qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience wthin a hotel kitchen or similar environment
- Strng underrstanding of food safety requirements
- Demonstarted interpersonal skills
