      Compliance Coordinator

      As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and compliance as outlined by Mainline United Internal Audit. The position requires the applicant to be detailed oriented, highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as relates to internal and external customers and employees.

      Duties of the Compliance Coordinator include, but may not be limited to:

      • Accurate tracking and reporting of accountable and controllable documents.
      • Conduct various self audits to ensure safety and compliance.
      • Creation and oversight of Airport and Emergency response plans.
      • Other audits and reports that may be assigned.

      Other Duties:

      • Supports station front line and management by collecting, comparing, and sharing audit results and data from various departments and business partners.
      • Helps Front line employees by answering questions and providing instruction on applications, policies, and procedures.
      • Continued learning by participating in CC meetings and workshops throughout the year.
      • In some locations additional duties may involve: Training record maintenance, Fuel Accounting, Uniform ordering, Completion, and maintenance of Station Deicing and winterization plans, and other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
      • Supports Station operation by assisting ramp operations when needed.
      • Tracking inventory, ordering station supplies, processing invoices for supplies
      • Managing station Uniform program

      • Since this is a union job based on seniority, you will be assigned your initial schedule to meet our needs at the airport
      • You must be available for day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
      • You will be required to work mandatory overtime, when necessary
      • As you gain seniority, you can trade days with colleagues, pick up extra hours and have more control over your schedule

      UGE requirements

      • High school diploma, GED or preferred
      • Minimum of 18 years old
      • Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
      • Must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including, bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces
      • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
      • Must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
      • Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
      • Must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
      • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

      ADA Specifications

      • Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
      • Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
      • Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances (including a background check and drug screen)
