- Learn delivery route(s) as assigned.
- Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned.
- Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
- Meet the needs of the customer by being flexible and receptive to changes/alterations in the delivery route(s).
- Observe all rules of the road and proper safety at all times.
- Actively participate and share ideas for improvement that will positively affect the relationship the laboratory has with customers and efficiency of routes.
- Ensure the responsible use, safety and care of equipment.
- Ensure preventative maintenance requirements are met and that automobile is kept clean.
- Participate in Company sponsored training and meetings as required.
- Support and incorporate NDX’s Mission, Vision and Values into daily endeavors.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
- Professional and neat in appearance.
- Ability to deal with stressful situations caused by driving conditions and/or schedule changes.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service focused.
- Valid driver’s license; maintain an acceptable driving record per NDX standards.
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Entry level role (less than 6 months experience).
- Automobile
- Physical stamina to drive for extended periods of time.
- Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach.
- Repeatedly getting in and out of an automobile multiple times a day.
- Must be able to go up and down stairs at offices and locations that require.
- Ability to read required documentation.
- Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail.
- Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds.

Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Lab for a Full Time Delivery Driver.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
