      Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Lab for a Full Time Delivery Driver.

      The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

      Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

      • Learn delivery route(s) as assigned.
      • Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned.
      • Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus on exceeding customer expectations.
      • Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
      • Meet the needs of the customer by being flexible and receptive to changes/alterations in the delivery route(s).
      • Observe all rules of the road and proper safety at all times.
      • Actively participate and share ideas for improvement that will positively affect the relationship the laboratory has with customers and efficiency of routes.
      • Ensure the responsible use, safety and care of equipment.
      • Ensure preventative maintenance requirements are met and that automobile is kept clean.
      • Participate in Company sponsored training and meetings as required.
      • Support and incorporate NDX’s Mission, Vision and Values into daily endeavors.
      • All other duties as assigned.

      Skills and Abilities Required:

      • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
      • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
      • Professional and neat in appearance.
      • Ability to deal with stressful situations caused by driving conditions and/or schedule changes.
      • Excellent listening and communication skills.
      • Attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Customer service focused.

      Minimum Education and Experience Required:

      • Valid driver’s license; maintain an acceptable driving record per NDX standards.
      • Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
      • Entry level role (less than 6 months experience).

      Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

      • Automobile

      Physical Requirements:

      • Physical stamina to drive for extended periods of time.
      • Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach.
      • Repeatedly getting in and out of an automobile multiple times a day.
      • Must be able to go up and down stairs at offices and locations that require.
      • Ability to read required documentation.
      • Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail.
      • Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
