  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process all incoming referrals ensuring efficient and accurate order processing
  - Create and verify client account billings to third-party and private payers
  - Utilize appropriate software programs for billing and documentation
  - Maintain knowledge of governmental reimbursement criteria and managed care contracts
  - Provide consistent and reliable workload management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent; two years of college experience preferred
  - Minimum of two years of experience in coverage verification or benefit determination preferred
  - Knowledge of governmental reimbursement criteria and managed care contracts
  - Computer literate with experience in the agency's current software platforms preferred
  - Working knowledge of standard office equipment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Two years of home care experience preferred
  - Experience with agency software platforms
