ACCUMULATION OF SICK LEAVE DAYS: unlimited
PERSONAL BUSINESS LEAVE DAYS per school year: 2
NOTE: Unused Personal Business Leave Days will be added to accumulated Sick Leave Days.
HEALTH INSURANCE: Any premium increases or decreases shall be split 70 percent to the Board and 30 percent to the employee. Employees who elect not to participate in the health insurance plan extended by the Board of Education will receive up to $1,300.00 per year.
DENTAL INSURANCE: Teachers may elect to participate in the District's group dental insurance plan as it may exist from time to time. Any such participation shall be only as permitted by the District's insurance carrier and in accord with the carrier's requirement. The employee will pay one hundred (100%) of the premium rate..
VISION INSURANCE: The employee will pay 100% of the cost of monthly premiums for vision insurance for employees.
LIFE INSURANCE: For full time certified teachers the Board will provide a $20,000.00 term life insurance policy pursuant to the District life insurance program.
COMPENSATION FOR ACCUMULATED SICK DAYS UPON RETIREMENT: See section 12.7.2 of the FREA agreement.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: See section 12.1 of the FREA agreement.
