      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer service and technical support calls to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Utilize systems and technology for effective account management and issue resolution
      - Identify sales opportunities and utilize sales skills to promote new products and services
      - Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team when necessary
      - Maintain a high level of professionalism while building relationships with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
