What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and provide customer service, technical support, and sales interactions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve customer problems
- Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks

- Ensure excellent customer experience and escalate issues when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
