  SECURIGUARD is currently seeking a SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR for a High Profile Facility in London

  Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

  Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Security Supervisor experience
  • Strong communication skills written, verbal and listening
  • Must be willing to schedule and run site with minimum supervision
  • Previous experience in creating, updating site post orders and ensure adherence
  • Must be reliable, available, of sound character and a team player
  • Strong supervisory and follow up skills
  • Willing to be on call and respond to emergency situations
  • Customer service oriented and high level of confidence
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous Attention to detail

  Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure the facility's Safety and Emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies
  • Act as a Liaison between the client and SECURIGUARD
  • Performance management of team including but not limited to coaching, mentoring, follow ups, ensure all training certifications are up to date and license is renewed on time
  • Follow post orders
  • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies and follow up with completing training checklists, and evaluations
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Ensure safety of client personnel and members of the public on site
  • Report writing and report review
