Job Description

- Childcare for 9 and 11 year old (Caring for one child, both children, or being an extra set of hands for a family activity.)
- Prepare lunch for kids
- Child transportation to and from activities
- Light cleaning (not primary cleaner)
- Family Travel - Travel with family to CA and live with us for approximately 3-4 weeks. One week will be at family camp. Travel + food costs paid.
- Overnight - Ability to stay overnight with children while parents are traveling for 1-2 nights likely 2 times in over the summer.
- Tues- Saturday: 9am-5 pm
- Mon-Wed, Fri and Sat 9am-5 pm
- Has experience working with school age children
- Is able to make simple healthy meals (ideas and recipes provided)
- Has a clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Is willing to have background check done
- Will provide references
- Is a non-smoker
Department Overview:
We’re a family of four with an 11-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son, located in the Town of Middleton near Airport Road (10 mins from Middleton, 8 mins from Cross Plains). We enjoy being active and outdoors, with a daughter into swimming, art and music and son into legos and nerf guns.

40 Schedule:
40 hrs, 5 days/week. 4 week days plus Saturday. Hours are guaranteed, even if the kids are busy with other activities. Example:
With advanced notice and agreement, hours may be shifted to start and end late (Ex. 2pm-10pm or 7am-3pm). Hours beyond 40 hours per week, or outside of 9-5pm window will be paid at a higher rate.
Additional babysitting some evenings and/or weekends in the spring are available if interested.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $20.00 to $25.00 Number Of Positions
1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are looking for someone during the summer, from June 10th to August 30th. This duration will include a family trip to California for ~3 weeks. Travel + food costs will be covered. A couple of overnight jobs may be available for additional pay. Applicants who cannot travel or do overnights are still welcome to apply, in which case the window we are in California would be a non-working period.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a partner who is engaged, reliable, patient, proactive, flexible, and has strong communication and behavior management skills to become a full-time part of our family team over the summer.
