      Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older

      Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 or more based on experience

      Availability: Daytime shift with availability to work a 40-hour rotating schedule that includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m. (times will fluctuate between seasons)

      Warehouse Senior Area Coordinators are responsible for assisting with incoming and outgoing merchandise. This position ensures that all merchandise is marked with an accurate bar code and retail price information prior to moving to the sales floor. This position will also perform general warehouse functions such as data entry into the inventory system, application of retail and bar code tickets, cycle counts, batch control, and cardboard collection and cleanup. This position supports retail floor operations by responding to requests as received. Attendants operate forklifts and order pickers. The Warehouse Senior Area Coordinators must follow quality control standards, safety regulations, and standard operational methods and procedures. They must work within a team environment and follow established goals and procedures.

      Summary of major duties:

      • Must demonstrate our Customer Service Pledge

      • Must initiate contact with our guests by being courteous and greeting them with a smile
      • Must be willing to listen to our guests and provide for their needs
      • Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest
      • Operate a forklift and order picker, and assist with incoming merchandise, input via RF devices, and verify accuracy of shipments and retail price information before moving to the sales floor
      • Perform order fulfillment, apply retail and bar code tickets, cycle counts, and bin maintenance
      • Perform basic warehouse cleanup to include cardboard collection
      • Follow quality control standards, safety regulations, and standard operational procedures

      Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

      • Must maintain a neat appearance and meet the uniform standards
      • Must be able to continuously push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
      • Must be able to walk or stand for up to 8 hours
      • Tolerance of repetitive tasks of pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting
      • May involve overhead work and heights
      • Requires ability to use RF scanners for inventory control
      • Requires ability to use computer to complete inventory inquires and data entry processes
      • Must have communication skills and ability to function effectively as part of a team
      • Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required

      Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

      • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
      • Experience: 1 (one) year of warehouse experience and forklift/order picker experience is required
