      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, research, and document business processes and stakeholder requirements
      - Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate business needs into actionable requirements for Agile teams
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
      - Ensure business needs are clearly understood and delivered through Agile processes
      - Utilize strong analytical skills to enable operations through technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Prior experience as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst supporting application development
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Excellent organizational and time management abilities
      - High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience collaborating with UX teams to shape user interactions
      - Passion for quality and continuous improvement
