      The Operations team provides services across Fund Accounting and Investment Accounting Funds on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

      As a Fund Accounting Analyst in the Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of client service and timeliness. You will also provide support to the managers of the fund accounting operations department and will be involved closely in operational issues. You will demonstrate market, investment, and business knowledge ensuring quality of service whilst adhering to the strict deadlines.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Be a primary point of contact for operational activity across all Luxembourg fund ranges by ensuring timely, detailed and accurate processing across fund ranges, also ensure full execution of morning and afternoon, intra and end of day controls and checks by building effective relationships with internal Utility Hubs to ensure client SLA’s are met.
      • Assist to manage group email boxes and internal enquiry management tools to ensure queries are resolved and responded to within a timeframe and manner sensitive to the urgency of the event, and in accordance with prescribed service levels.
      • Contribute / assist, where possible, to the operational process improvements.
      • Take responsibility for adherence to all departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints and controls
      • Support Team Management with appropriate escalation of all issues, service updates and progress updates for clients.
      • Assist to provide effective and open communication, in partnership with Team Managers, through Fast Meetings, and team meetings.

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

      • Intermediate knowledge of functioning of Mutual Funds and world stock markets
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Pro-active and can-do attitude
      • Effective team player
      • Flexibility and ability to manage change with conflicting priorities
      • Accuracy and attention to detail
      • A strong sense of ownership and accountability

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

      • Previous experience in a NAV Operations environment is desirable.
      • Effective communicator across all levels
      • Microsoft Office skills: Excel (Intermediate level), Word and PowerPoint
