  Whether you come from a background in loan closing or operations, you can be successful in this role. We don’t require a particular degree, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise.

  About The Role:

  As a Funding Coordinator, you’ll help keep things moving smoothly by reviewing loan documents for accuracy and keeping a close eye on where everything stands. Depending on your focus area, you'll spend your time either on Funding tasks or working with Trailing Documents. Either way, you’ll play a big part in helping folks get to the finish line with their loans.

  Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

  • Auditing loan documentation.
  • Staying in touch with title and escrow companies—mostly over the phone and email—to keep things on track.
  • Issuing funding numbers so we can authorize disbursement and recording.
  • Pulling the right docs from funding packages for post-closing review.
  • Tracking down any missing documents by connecting with the settlement agent, loan officer, or borrower.
  • Assigning files ready for review to fellow Funding Document Coordinators.
  • Keeping our mortgage software queues up to date and organized.
  • Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

  About You:
