Identify opportunities and provide input on product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features for the Funding & Relationships Platform and its component applications
Engage with colleagues across Wellcome to identify needs, opportunities, gaps and solve problems
Collaborate on the product functional design and UX design process based on an intimate knowledge of the customer and technology
Play a leading role in effectively resolving major incidents and problems affecting the technologies and products provided by the function.
Apply agile methodologies in a DevOps environment, and lead the work's planning, prioritisation and delivery to drive positive change continuously
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments.
Has experience and understanding of the Salesforce platform
Has a background in supporting software or services in partnership with engineering teams, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles.
Has excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Has demonstrable experience in Product Management and Product Development.
Has significant experience in supplier relationship management
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, working across departments
Salary: £74,815.00

We are looking for a Funding & Relationships Product Lines Manager to join our team.
Where in Wellcome will I be working?
You will be leading a matrix product team within our Research Funding team and working closely with other Product Lines managers within the Digital and Technology department reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Lines.
What will I be doing?
Salesforce is a key technology for Wellcome which we use for three different functions, CRM, contract management and most importantly our Funding/Grant-giving operations. This role will lead the multi-disciplinary matrix team that will iteratively develop the platform to serve our key internal and external users.
