      Overview – The Furniture Parts Clerk is responsible for assisting with parts shipping and receiving as well as inventory management.

      Key Duties & Responsibilities

      • Ordering furniture parts
      • Review Helpdesk tickets to solve customer issues related to warranty claims.
      • Coordinating with vendors to ship parts directly to customers.
      • Assist 3rd party providers with updates and customer communication.
      • Assisting in shipping/receiving parts
      • Organizing spreadsheets to keep track of parts and reports.
      • Assist customers, sales team, service, and call centers with inquiries via all methods of contact regarding furniture parts.
      • Partner with Montage Furniture Services to ensure proper furniture claims management as it pertains to cycle time and customer satisfaction.

      Required Experience

      • At least 1 year of experience as a Parts Clerk and/or in Shipping and Receiving.

      Preferred Experience

      • Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in Spanish.
      • Warranty claims and/or service and repair experience.

      Skills & Ability

      • Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers to drive results.
      • Willingness to learn about new products and processes.
      • Strong communication and organizational skills.
      • High attention to detail dealing with complicated tasks.

      Working Conditions:

      • Work is performed in an office and warehouse environment.

      May require prolonged periods of sitting/stand
