      Role Purpose
      The Digital Business Manager is the single point of contact responsible for activating the affiliate to accelerate digital commercialization of the navify portfolio. Position requires leadership, business development experience, and strong internal and external communication skills to support and enable go to market activities for RIS solutions.

      Leads and manages Go-To-Market activities of digital solutions in the assigned territory and affiliate. Responsible for enabling the affiliate to drive digital sales, profitability, market share and other strategic, financial and operational targets. May have specific region or territory responsibility. Where applicable, drives revenue and profit for assigned accounts in line with company strategies. May also be assigned cross-portfolio responsibilities, such as cascading and adapting global and regional marketing programs, marketing materials and initiatives and/or supporting the local marketing and sales functions and teams. Will also be responsible for maintaining and providing inputs into customer relationship management systems and reporting, sales pipeline development, marketing and sales metrics, business planning and budgeting, business reviews, etc.

      Responsibilities:

      • Establish a customer network within healthcare providers in alignment with assigned local affiliate teams and partners.

      • Engage and negotiate with physicians, IT Manager, C-level and other decision makers within the customer space that digital solutions and services.

      • Understand, sell, and align solution strategies with RIS/RDS solutions and local business strategies. Develop, plan, and drive go to market strategies with affiliate teams to monetize digital solutions for the RIS portfolio.

      • Collaborate with the local affiliate teams and management team on pipeline development, forecasts, growth plans, strategies and tactics.

      • Enablement, upskilling, and scaling of affiliate teams to commercialize the company’s software solutions within an assigned territory or geographic region.

      • Comply with applicable laws in interacting with physicians and content that is provided.

      • Provides product specific knowledge to customers and other internal key stakeholders.

      • Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities.

      • Builds relationships with physicians and key thought leaders to influence the acceptance and use of company’s products.

      • Highlight and emphasize the value of cloud based solutions for healthcare.

      • Ensure effective implementation of product launches in partnership with Market Development

      • Engage with the global hubs of sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success, along with market development teams and solution delivery teams.

      • Travel up to 50% required (if applicable):


      Qualifications of the position:

      • Degree in Business, Biomedical Sciences, or IT is preferred.

      • Track record in driving Go-To-Market strategy and sales for the software industry supplying healthcare.

      • Previous sales or business development experience with cloud-based software solutions for healthcare customers.

      • Experienced in commercial launches of cloud-based healthcare software solutions.

      • Able to engage with new teams, and foster environments of accountability.

      • Leadership skills, including critical thinking, creativity, integrity, trust, accountability, credibility, judgment, persuasion/influence, fairness and high ethical standards

      • Ability to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to uniquely solve problems

      • High level of written and oral communication skills

      Locations

      This is a remote based position.

      As this position is a global role, international business travel may be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
