- Advanced Excel knowledge, data management and quantitative skills
- Experience with sales, reporting, and analytics systems such as Salesforce, eVestment , FactSet, Seismic, Tableau, Alteryx, DST, as well as heavy use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Enhanced knowledge of the value investing philosophy and active asset management trends
- Opportunities to enhance both written and verbal communication skills in presenting marketing and analytics that support client requests
- 3.2 GPA or higher
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical presentation skills
- Notable work ethic with high attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Passion for finance and learning about different companies, industries, and business models
- Proficiency in Excel
- A proactive personality and positive attitude

Program Description:The Future Financial Leaders Program is a two-year analyst rotational program based in New York for undergrad students graduating from college between December 2023 and June 2024. Applicants must have a 3.2+ GPA and a degree in finance, business, economics, math, or a related field. Each analyst will have an assigned mentor throughout the program. The rotation will include financial training, special projects, skill-building, and leadership development. In this program, graduates will rotate through the following business groups and will learn the following:
Business Analytics : The analyst will be involved in all facets of sales and analytics reporting including creating dashboards, maintaining the US Wealth Solutions Sales customer relationship management system, Salesforce, implementing data integrations, fulfilling ad hoc data requests, and participating in various projects that will support the US Wealth Solutions Sales Team. The analyst will interface with internal clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders as needed.First Eagle Alternative Credit Investor Relations : The analyst will be involved in the creation and marketing of FEAC’s private debt and structured credit products. The analyst will participate in the creation of various marketing materials, such as presentations and investor requests. The analyst will also assist the Business Development team in researching investor information and utilizing Salesforce. The analyst will work with many internal groups, including compliance, finance, operations, and portfolio management.
National Accounts: The analyst will be involved in a wide range of activities including client meeting preparation and follow up, data compilation and trend review, presentation building, activity and sales reporting, Salesforce practices and fulfilling ad hoc requests. The National Accounts team is responsible for the business development across our top 40 distribution relationships in the wealth space. We focus on making First Eagle’s investment solutions available to retail clients through firms like Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS and Wells Fargo as well as Independent Broker Dealers and RIAs . Our direct clients include research analysts, relationship managers, sales heads, training and development personnel and C suite executives. On a daily basis , we are interacting with clients to build and deepen relationships, while internally messaging client and industry trends and needs throughout the firm.

Base Salary: $ 75,000 . In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
