      Your role

      We're looking for an Andeans FX Trader with expertise NDF trading to:

      • provide market making and risk management of COP and CLP NDFs
      • have a strong knowledge of e-trading to manage flows and exit the risk using internal tools to limit market disruption and maximize client benefit
      • strong understanding of the entire Emerging Market complex with a particular strength in LATAM (spot,forward,IRS)
      • process oriented open mindset with good understanding of technology and global markets.
      • strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
      • strong and succinct communication skills both written and verbal.
      • strong client focus with the ability to support client requests and keep them up to date on key market developments
      • an understanding of the need to balance revenue generation while building a client franchise

      Detailed salary information:
      • New York: the salary range for this role is $215000 to $245000
      The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.       Your expertise

      • ideally 5-10 years of trading experience in Andeans FX trading
      • excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
      • adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
      • a passion for following market developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends
      • driven, with ability to thrive in an environment with a consistently professional manner
