Job Description

- Responsible for the safe conduct of domestic and international flights while ensuring compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Ensure pre and post flight inspections are performed.
- Review weather conditions and NOTAMS at departure, end route, alternate and destination airports.
- Prepare and/or review flight plans and ensure aircraft performance parameters are within tolerances.
- Collaborate with Captain in review of Flight Risk Assessments for each leg and determine proper mitigation.
- Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting and assisting in mitigations of safety related issues.
- Ensure the aircraft is clean, sanitized and prepared for every flight.
- Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircraft’s operation and maintenance. Including working with and taking direction and instruction from the Seminole Hard Rock Aviation Team.
- Provide professional and exceptional customer service to passengers.
- Flexibility with schedules, includes weekends, holidays, evenings, days. Ability to prepare for a flight at a moment’s notice.
- This position is a 2 week on, 1 week off rotation, primarily out and back trips, very few overnights.
- Ability to service the passengers in the absence of a flight attendant prior to departure.
- Required training and successful completion in simulator and actual aircraft.

- Total Time Fixed Wing: 4,000 hours
- PIC: 2000 hours
- Total Jet Time: 1,500 hours
- G-280 TT: 500
- Type rating in the G-280 required (preferred); 12 months current in Type is preferred; FAA ATP Certificate
- Maintain an First Class Medical Certificate
- Accident free history; clean FAA record; no pending investigations
- Must be able to work on an on-call basis
- Primary residence within 1.5 hour drive from KACY or willing to relocate (closer preferred).
- Valid Passport
- Basic computer (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic tablet skills
- Ability to pass a background check, PRIA, PRD Checks, and criminal history records check.
- Each person being hired for a covered position shall be advised that they are applying to perform a safety-sensitive function at the time of application, and that the applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing to determine the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opioids, phencyclidine (PCP), and amphetamines, or a metabolite of those drugs, in the individual’s system.
- Be enrolled in a FAA/DOT random Drug & Alcohol Program.
- Ability to read and comprehend guidance as found in required manuals
- Valid FCC Radio telephone Operator’s Permit
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position is based at the ACY Airport.
- High daily flight cycles and operations primarily in the northeast.
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
- Candidate will report directly to the Seminole Hard Rock Support Services Chief Pilot, and the local “Lead Pilot” as it relates to all aircraft operational management to include the following:
- Operational Standards
- Aircraft Maintenance
- Aircraft Service Standards
- Pilot Scheduling Standards
- Cabin Attendant Scheduling Standards
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Other duties as assigned.
